A 2-for-1 special here, as there were two fish tacos at Taco Wars in Ocean City yesterday. On the left is a mahi taco from Guido’s Burritos in Ocean City. It had a pineapple based salsa and some sort of aioli. Great description, right? On the right is a Korean infused mahi taco from Horn and Shell in West Ocean City. It was served in a wonton wrapper and had shredded cabbage and cheese. #fishtacblog

And now, the triumphant return of our favorite gimmick here at @jonbleiweis, #fishtacblog. These are the Baja Fish Tacos from Longboard Cafe in Ocean City. Beer-battered fresh cod, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, Mexican white sauce, salsa roja and lime wedges. #fishtacblog
We’ve got some fish tacos here from Fish Tales in Ocean City. Two soft tacos served with the chef’s selection of fresh fish (mahi, this time around), lettuce, tomato and sprinkles of cheddar cheese. It’s served with spicy mayo and tortilla chips. Sour cream and salsa are served on the side. The fish is grilled. #fishtacblog
Here are the fish tacos from Barn 34 in Ocean City. Grilled “dock fresh fish” with lettuce, tomato, cheese, pico de gallo, and avocado served in the restaurant’s famous soft shell and topped with special sauce. Very vague, right? We never found out what the fish actually was. #fishtacblog
